1 way to fix bad battery life after Oreo

I didn't find this out, but I did come upon it while browsing for help to what seemed like a rogue app causing abnormal battery drain, being disguised as Android System. Go to Settings - Apps - Click on the 3 dots at the top right hand corner - Select Reset App Preferences. Then Power your phone off...

My pc not working properly???????

I'm trying to help out this 65yo with her new laptop, she wants to know how to copy her photos off her iPhone. I'm 29, all I know how to do is plug it in, browse to the drive, and manually copy the files. But Apple does things weirdly, the photos are in 3 different folders, it's a lot of steps, and ...

PC outright lying about screen-to-body ratio

Can anyone explain why phone manufacturers recently have been inventing numbers of screen-to-body ratios that are such clear falsifications? I can understand that manufacturers will make claims about screen-on time based on use at 20% brightness and Wi-Fi, or standby time based on use with airplane ...

Lenovo Laptop powerbank does not provide continous power

I own two Lenovo laptop powerbanks (14000, PB700C, P/N: 40AL140CWW/40AL140CCN) and they have been quite useful to keep the notebooks juiced up and ready. But I thought of experimenting a little and hooked one up to a M93p Tiny and wanted to see if it could provide conitnous power, like a UPS... it d...

Why you should never EVER buy from Kinguin.

Tuesday I made the mistake to buy the new fallout 76 game from Kinguin. I already was pretty worried since I know about the bad reputation these companies have, but I was low on money so I decided this would be the best option, and since they have this thing called “Buyer Protection” I thought I wou...
