The first new name is wide receiver Keon Hatcher, who played his college football at the University of Arkansas. The 6-foot-1 Hatcher was invited to the NFL Combine in 2017 but injured his hamstring at the event and did not complete his drills.Hatcher spent five years at Arkansas and finished his career with 19 touchdowns and just shy of 1,900 receiving yards. He also added 21 rushes for 259 yards and a touchdown and pitched in a few kickoff returns early in his career. Hatcher spent the entire 2017 season on the Oakland Raiders’ practice squad.The other new face on the practice squad is running back Tra Carson. A dual-threat running back, Carson ran for 1,165 yards as a senior in 2015, adding 29 receptions for 183 yards and scoring a total of eight touchdowns. His Pro Day numbers include a 40-yard dash time of 4.64 seconds and a vertical jump of 37 inches.
